As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in design, finish, or weight are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade silver. Product photographs are for representation, and actual colours or textures may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. We take utmost care in quality checks and packaging; however, in the rare case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, returns are accepted within three days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

Moon Mist Silver is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Silver naturally tarnishes over time — gentle cleaning and proper storage will maintain its shine.
